Regulatory Research and Agency Negotiations

Clients occasionally ask PEC to conduct regulatory or background research on a developing or problematic environmental issue, and to make recommendations on a suggested course of action or position. PEC also meets with state environmental regulators on behalf of clients to discuss statewide regulatory issues, as well as site specific negotiations.
