Phase 1/Phase 2 Property Transfer Assessments

PEC’s experienced site assessment staff provides our clients with thorough, timely, and cost effective evaluations of properties that are being offered for sale or slated for purchase. PEC routinely conducts property assessments for banks, real estate and law firms, municipalities, and expanding businesses. We conduct our assessment according to standard industry practices (i.e. ASTM Practice E-1527-00). Where necessary, PEC conducts Phase 2 sampling to further evaluate issues identified during Phase 1.
